1. Serviq materials
Serviq’s original software, source and object code, mobile apps, web workspace, website, interface designs, graphics, icons, written copy, documentation, and original templates are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws. Those materials are owned by Teriontic LLC or their respective licensors, except for content owned by users or other third parties.
This notice covers Serviq across its platforms and related service materials. Access to the app, a paid subscription, or an API integration does not transfer ownership of Serviq’s software or branding.
2. Names and branding
The Serviq and Teriontic names, logos, and other brand identifiers are used to identify our products and business. Trademark rights are separate from copyright rights. This page does not claim that every name or mark is registered.
You may refer to Serviq accurately to describe your use of the product. Do not use our branding in a way that falsely implies ownership, partnership, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement, or creates a confusingly similar product or identity. Contact us about other proposed logo or brand uses.
3. Permitted use
You may use Serviq’s features for authorized business activity under the agreements, plan, and permissions that apply to your account. You may share links to our public pages, describe your experience, and use supported features to create, download, or send your own business records.
Unless we authorize it, an applicable license permits it, or the law allows it, do not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or adapt our protected software or materials; remove ownership notices; or present our materials as your own. Access to publicly viewable pages is not a general license to republish their content.
Nothing here limits fair use, fair dealing, quotation, lawful interoperability, or other rights and exceptions that applicable law provides. Restrictions on reverse engineering or similar activity apply only to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
4. Your business content
Uploading or entering content into Serviq does not transfer its ownership to us. You and the relevant rights holders retain rights in customer records, notes, photos, messages, checklists, quotes, invoices, service descriptions, reports, business logos, and other content you provide.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit, use, and share that content, including photographs, third-party documents, personal information, and materials uploaded on behalf of an employer or customer. Workspace access is not proof of copyright ownership.
Serviq processes and displays that content to provide the features you use, such as synchronizing records, sharing them with authorized members, delivering invoices, and generating an AI draft when requested. The privacy policy explains related data handling, service providers, and deletion. Any applicable service agreement governs the permissions needed to provide those features; this notice does not create a separate transfer of your rights.
Before sharing a screenshot, exported record, or example from a real workspace, check that you have permission to disclose any customer, team, or business information it contains. Public Serviq showcase screenshots use sample business records.
5. Third-party materials and services
Serviq incorporates or connects with third-party software, open-source libraries, fonts, icons, platform services, maps, payment tools, and other materials. Those materials and their marks belong to their respective owners. Open-source and other third-party licenses continue to apply; this notice does not override rights granted by them.
References to Apple, the App Store, Android, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Resend, Web3Forms, or other providers identify the relevant products or services and do not imply that they own, sponsor, or endorse Serviq. Review the terms and notices supplied by a provider when using its services.
6. AI-assisted content
AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate, similar to other output, or contain material affected by third-party rights. Copyright protection for AI-assisted work depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Serviq does not promise that every generated result is unique, copyrightable, or free of other people’s rights.
Review drafts before publishing, sending, or using them. Your rights in material you supply are not transferred to us merely because you use an AI feature; applicable service and provider terms govern the use of generated results.
7. Permissions and copyright concerns
Use the Serviq support form for permission requests or reports about material on Serviq. Identify the topic as copyright or intellectual property and include:
- Your name, a reply email address, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
- A description of the protected work and, where available, a link or other information identifying the original.
- The exact location of the material you are reporting, such as a public URL or enough workspace and record information for us to locate it.
- An explanation of the concern, or the use for which you are requesting permission.
Do not send passwords, access keys, or verification codes. We may request additional information to evaluate a report and may contact the person or business responsible for the material. Reports must be accurate and made by someone with authority to raise the concern; do not use this process to suppress lawful content.
This is a general reporting channel. Any statutory notice procedure or additional legal requirements depend on the applicable law.
8. Other rights and agreements
This page is a copyright and content-rights notice, not a replacement for a service agreement, app-store license, third-party license, or privacy policy. It does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact us if you need permission beyond the uses described above.
