How invoice payment fees work
Stripe processing fees are separate. The Serviq fee is set when a new invoice or payment is prepared; existing payment links keep their original fee.
Changing plans and existing subscriptions
Plan changes are reviewed and confirmed in Stripe, including any prorated charge or credit. Existing subscribers keep their current monthly price until they choose a plan change.
What’s included in the AI allowance
AI drafts require review. Includes 100 requests per 24 hours per business, including up to 20 market-pricing requests, with a 6-request-per-minute limit. AI tools also require the member’s AI permission and access to the relevant area.
Who can manage a business’s plan?
Only the business owner can change the plan. You can view the plan comparison here, then manage your subscription and billing from the Plans page in your workspace. For account or billing questions, contact support.
